This usually depends on the person&#8217;s age, weight and even gender. Almost all the different types of foods that we consume are protein-rich foods. Therefore it isn&#8217;t necessary for people to rely on meat alone in order for them to gain enough protein for their bodies.</p>
<p>Protein could be found in most types of foods but there are certain types of foods that are particularly rich in protein. Protein is necessary for building and repairing body tissues. Protein rich foods produce enzymes and hormones necessary that are essential for the body to use. Protein rich foods make the body healthy and make the muscles in the body more intact and firm. Protein rich foods also contribute in increasing a person&#8217;s energy and stamina making it less likely for him or her to experience exhaustion and fatigue.</p>
<p>Protein rich foods that are best for consumption include milk, soy, egg, cheese, yogurt, peanut butter, fish, poultry, lean meat, nuts, seeds, tofu, beads, breads and legumes. All these types of food are rich in essential amino acids. However, some vegetarians particularly those who are vegans who eat only vegetables and fruits are unable to get the necessary nutrients derived from amino acids however, this can be compensated by combining protein rich foods with non-essential producing amino acid products like fruits.</p>
<p>However, eating protein rich foods should be done in moderation. Not because milk and other dairy products are good sources of protein can a person already feast in eating it all the time. Excess protein in the body will automatically be stored as fat and could therefore increase a person&#8217;s weight. Therefore the best thing to do is to choose dairy products that are low fat or non fat and always eat in moderation.</p>
<p>The protein that you consume on a daily basis should more likely be used by the body to maintain your muscles, and produce enzymes and hormones necessary for your growth and energy. Therefore protein-rich foods should be a part of a person’s healthy diet.</p>

<p>There are several foods meant for people who are sick. These types of food are those that are easy to digest and swallow and don&#8217;t necessarily make you feel very full to the stomach nor increase your weight. It is very important to know and eat the right types of foods that are best to eat when you are sick because lying down on an empty stomach or lying down on a very full stomach could be both very dangerous.</p>
<p>When you are sick, the best types of foods to eat include soups and crackers. Soups could make your stomach feel warm and allows you to sweat as well. Eating liquids could also help wash out toxins from your body and could make you pee several times. By doing this, you are able to release and cure yourself as well.</p>
<p>Eating crackers is also a good food to eat when you are sick because soups cannot make you feel full long enough. Eating crackers could help you put in some amount of food into your stomach. Other than this, you can also eat fruits that are safe to eat even when you are hungry, or just to be safe, eat fruits after you have eaten your crackers and drank your soup.</p>
<p>Avoid eating too much solids when you are sick because you will not be able to digest it well. You also have to remember that eating should always be done in moderation. When you sick, the important thing is for you to fill in your stomach and not necessarily eat too much or eat nothing at all.</p>
